How do you make a return?

USA:

Please send us an email to soporte@yuccs.com and we will indicate to you the steps to follow.

Bear in mind that only returns are accepted; exchanges are not allowed. 
In this last case you will need to return the item/s and make a new order.

 

EUROPE: 

If you need to return an order, please follow the steps below:

1. Find the UPS returns label that you received inside your order. This label is the one that the UPS carrier recognizes as prepaid so that the return is free of charge. If you do not have it, please contact us via email: soporte@yuccs.com.

2. Attach the return label to the external side of the box. To pack the products use the original box of the product (if it is not possible to use the original packaging, use a similar one that protects the products).

3. Take your package to a UPS Access Point. 

4. Once the product arrives at our warehouse and after verifying that they are in their original condition, we will proceed with the requested refund. Please note that we have a maximum of 10 working days from the moment we receive the goods in our warehouse to make the refund.

5. Always remember to take a picture of the label you attach to the item you return, or write down the tracking code and keep it until the return has not taken place.

 

The return will be made by the same payment method with which the original purchase was made.
